Merry Christmas White Wine
Cafe du Midi Sauvignon BlancThere's so much zip in this French white! This Sauvignon Blanc presents tremendous aromatic intensity and features citrusy lime and grapefruit notes. The palate has body and softness with refreshing acidity and a fresh, juicy sensation on the long finish.
Minini Poggio Delle Faine RossoThis blend balances the wild red and black berries of Sangiovese against the power and structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is full-bodied and balanced with velvety, smooth tannins.
Pierre Chainier Les Domaniales RoseA fresh, lively and off-dry Rosé made from Syrah and Grenache grapes. This wine is great as an aperitif or with shellfish.
Last Judgment Wines Cabernet SauvignonThis Cabernet offers aromas and flavors highlighting red fruits and spices. Bing cherry, red currants and boysenberry fruit aromas persist on the palate. Subtle mint, bay leaf and spice come through in the bright, refreshing finish. This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with beef stew and sausage & peppers.
Cielo ProseccoPull up a cloud, this is a little heaven on earth… literally. Cielo, translates into Heaven, and that is quite fitting for this Prosecco. This is our go-to this season. Drink it on its own or in a cocktail – we recommend an Aperol Spritz.
Henriette Côtes de Provence RoséMade by our friend, Mathieu, whose family has been in the wine business for over 50 years. He named this rosé after his grandmother, Henriette. A vibrant, fresh blend of Grenache and Syrah. It will transport you directly to happy hour on the patio. If you like: Whispering Angel, you'll love this! If you prefer a rose with a touch of sweetness, we recommend: Les Domaniales Rose d'Anjou
Bartoni Chianti ClassicoItalian food without Chianti is almost like having pasta without sauce. It’s just meant to go together. The Sangiovese grape is the most widely planted grape in Italy and is also the star of this wine (and all those labelled Chianti and Chianti Classico). With this wine’s bright red fruity and acidity, there’s a chance this might just become your favorite too. - Blake Leonard, Certified Sommelier
Penélope Sánchez CavaCava is hot! It’s made in Spain the same way as Champagne but for a fraction of the cost. This dry wine has an elegant acidity and is versatile enough to serve with any meal. Thank you to our friend Luis for making this wine!

Château La Dauphine Delphis Fronsac BottleFronsac is located right next to St. Emilion (where they make mega-pricey, sought-after wines.) My dad and I visited this winery this past summer. The vineyards are bio-dynamically farmed and all of their grapes are hand-picked. If someone at your dinner table likes Bordeaux, they’ll love this!
